The principality is governed under an Absolute Diarchy in which both the ruling Prince and Princess share power equally in all matters judicial, legislative, and executive. There is no parliament or constitution.

Prince Jason and Princess Denise assumed their status and titles upon Sebastian's declaration of sovereignty and immediately conferred the titles of Princess and Prince upon their children, Samantha and Phineas (heirs apparent).
